Yay for getting more cash, for doing less. It's the Australian way.

I'm still playing around with the idea of finding a part time job but there's not a lot goin' around. There's a new supermarket opening near me though and hopefully I can pick up some work there.

In the meantime, I got painting commisions.. it's been pretty cool. My hairdresser is redecorating her house and wants a massive feature painting on her wall. Should be ace. I also have a painting of the Geelong Grammar School to start on, and Tim's parents reckon they might see if the school itself wants one to display in their hall.

Oh yeah, I gotta try and remind myself to have my new mirror painting done in the next few months for the Mental Health Week Exhibition.
Got to go rummaging around some op-shops for a cool looking old mirror to paint on. >_>

Otherwise it been pretty boring lately. Tim's got exams but he'll be on holidays at the end of week - should pick up a bit after that - at least he'll have some free time.

My guitar amplifier is fucked at the moment. Hoping one of my dad's mates can fix it. He's a sound and light guy. Actually, he's going to be doing the sound for AC/DC's gigs in Melbourne, so hopefully he knows what he's doing. Been forever since I could play my guitar properly.

I might go text Sandra, and then go to bed. One of these days I'm gonna have to catch her at a time where she's drunk enough to let me call her. =P
